Common documents for a few or all cars#158

A section to upload common documents for all cars (e.g. one insurance for all cars)

Hi @Demetrisstavrou ! We have had this request before, but because of the fact that cars can be moved around and can end up in different garages whilst taking parts of their history with them… we felt that the better solution was to duplicate the data in all history files.

We know that is annoying at the moment and as such have an outstanding feature request here which we are working on #100 .

We want to overhaul the whole way people add history files to their cars to make them more file led to save people time.

e.g:

1. Upload file.
2. We read the file and create the history file entry for you as best as we can automatically based on the file.
3. You can then assign it to multiple cars at once, or leave it in an ‘inbox / draft’ state later for filing against specific cars.

We are looking at creating a place to put ‘Garage’ level files too for things which might not be to do with the Cars themselves.
