A search function where we can see others with similar cars, to get ideas , advice, tutorials on mods and maintanence

Hi All, merging this in with #30 On Display.

This functionality will be tied into that feature release as we will need to make it very clear about what information people want to share with the community and what they don’t before we can start letting people search other vehicles on the platform.
