Create chat groups by make and model#122

Create chat groups to allow users to find other people who also have their make and model so thay they can share advice, ask questions ans organise events

This is a fun idea. We’re working on a feature called On Display so perhaps we can incorporate it into that.

I need to think through all the safety concerns, but hypothetically I can see this being a win/win.
