Separate list where previously owned cars can be listed & anyone who then inputs that VRM can request to see your history you documented for that car

Thanks for your feedback on this! Makes me think a little bit about VinWiki.

It’s interesting and we will definitely discuss internally. The main thing I need to consider is the security requirements around how this could be implemented.

Our main priority is ensuring that people know the information about their car and it’s ownership is private first and only available in other ways if they opt into it.

We are adding support for #30 which might have some overlap with this as well!
